Shipping
Public Beta ships all over the world from Hungary (EU).
All orders are sent by Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta). All international orders are sent by airmail. The Hungarian Post states estimated delivery time to most counties via airmail is usually 8-10 working days. (This might be longer during Christmas season). If after three weeks you have not received your order please contact us.
For customers in Europe (not only EU) shipping is FREE!
For customers worldwide:
< 250g 6 €
< 500g 10 €
< 1000g 17 €
Note: Generally all products weight less than 250g.
Delivery
We only list "in stock" items so your order will be processed right away.
All products are posted in excellent condition.
If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company. This way we can avoid a misunderstanding. However, we would definitely like to hear from you if something like this has occurred so we can further investigate.
Return & Exchange
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), you can return the item(s) to us, and we will exchange or refund you the price of the product.
We will be happy to exchange your item for another size if the one you purchased doesn’t fit and is returned to us in its original condition. We are also happy to exchange your item for another if you change your mind, but please note that extra postal charges will apply.
From the day that you receive the item, exchanges need to be returned to us within 14 days from within Europe and within 30 days from outside of Europe.
Please be aware, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charges sending the item back to us and then from us back to you. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns with our products or your purchases.
