Return & Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the item to us, and we will exchange or refund you the price of the product.

In case of refund the commercial invoice issued for the purchase need to be returned. For additional transaction charges if it applies you will be responsible. Note: No refund for items purchased on discount!

We will be happy to exchange your item for another size if the one you purchased doesn’t fit and is returned to us in its original condition. To avoid this please check not only the sizing but the measures provided in cm for each individual product available on the product's page.

We are also happy to exchange your item for another if you change your mind, but please note that extra postal charges will apply.

From the day that you receive the item, exchanges need to be returned to us within 8 days.

Please be aware, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charges sending the item back to us and then from us back to you. We are offering for orders over 120 EUR one time free shipping only, unfortunately no free shipping for exchange.
