Non -Delivery or Late Delivery

If you have not received your order within the above indicated delivery times please contact us.

In case of non delivery the post might hold your mail for some time before returning it to us. If your local post cannot provide you with info about your mail (from Public Beta Kft., Hungary) please contact us. All our orders are posted as registered mail, therefor can not be lost.

In case of non delivery due to incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout, we cannot be held responsible. If your mail has been returned to us, we will post your order again, but additional postal fee will apply.

All products are posted in excellent condition. If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company. This way we can avoid a misunderstanding. However, we would definitely like to hear from you if something like this has occurred so we can further investigate.
